Company Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 c. coarse dry bread crumbs
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix beef, sour cream, onion soup mix, eggs and crumbs; form into small balls and roll in flour and paprika mixture.
    Put in baking dish; cover with soup and water mixture.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Makes approximately 50 small meatballs.
