Boiled Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. milk
1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
8 to 10 eggs
Preparation

Mix well beaten eggs with flour, sugar and 1/2 of milk.
Put rest of milk in pan over hot water.
Pour egg mixture into hot milk, stirring constantly using a whisk.
Strain before it gets cool.
Season with bourbon next day according to your taste. Serve with ice cream or whipping cream.
