No-Crust Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. canned evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. flavoring (your choice)
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 c. coconut
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add sugar and beat.
    Add water, milk, flavoring, butter and flour; mix well, then stir in coconut.
    Pour in a 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, until coconut browns and pie is set.
