Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium Ragu sauce
    3/4 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
    1 well beaten egg
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced or grated
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Add Ragu sauce and parsley flakes.
    Simmer.
    Boil noodles.
    In a bowl, mix 1 well beaten egg. Add cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese; stir.
