Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
5 tsp. sour cream
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. garlic
1 pkg. smoked or dried beef
Preparation

Chop beef into small pieces and set aside. In a bowl, cream remaining ingredients together. Add 2 tablespoons chopped beef to mixture and blend well. Form mixture into a ball and cover with remaining beef. Chill until ready to serve with your favorite crackers.
