Mushroom Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. chopped shallots
    8 oz. chopped mushrooms
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    4 oz. cream cheese or low-fat cream cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter over moderate heat.
    Add shallots and cook for about 1 minute.
    Add mushrooms, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Cook for about 5 minutes, until mushrooms have released their juices. Raise heat to high; cook until mixture is almost dry, about 4 minutes.
    Remove from heat and let cool.
