Russ' Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 large potatoes
1 large onion
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. horseradish
Preparation

Cube potatoes and boil until tender, about 25 minutes.
Saute onions in olive oil, using nonstick pan.
Make sure onions are well browned.
Mash potatoes and stir in onions and horseradish. Serve warm.
Makes 8 servings.
