Helen'S Special Congealed Salad(Heritage) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz) pkg. lime Jell-O
    3/4 c. water (add to pineapple juice)
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O with boiling water and pineapple juice.
    Mash cream cheese with mayonnaise and add milk.
    Add cream cheese mixture to Jell-O and congeal slightly before adding pineapple, mixed with lemon juice, pecans and celery.
    Congeal overnight.
    Serves 6 to 8.
