Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables (combination)
    1 small can mushroom soup
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 can fried onion rings
Preparation
    Combine all thawed vegetables, soup, sour cream, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 can of the onions.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Uncover dish and add remaining cheese and onions; bake for an extra 5 minutes.
