Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar or 1 1/2 c. honey
    4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. coconut or 1 c. freshly grated
    1 c. nuts
    1 1/2 c. oil (reduce to 1/2 c. if honey is used)
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated carrots (about 6)
    1 small can pineapple with juice (drain if honey is used)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
