Strata Breakfast Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf sourdough bread, cubed
    1 lb. sausage or bacon, fried and drained
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    8 eggs
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Line cupcake pans with liners.
    Spray liners with Pam baking spray.
    Fill cups 3/4 full with bread cubes.
    Place a spoonful of bacon or sausage over bread.
    Pour beaten egg and milk mixture over bread until bread is saturated.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
