Rotel Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cooked chicken
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    2 large bell peppers
    2 onions
    3/4 c. butter
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook and season chicken.
    Save 1 1/2 quarts broth.
    Cook spaghetti in broth and drain, but do not rinse.
    Save broth and add to mixture later.
    Saute pepper and onion in butter.
    Add tomatoes, Worcestershire, mushrooms and cheese.
    Cook and stir until cheese melts.
    Add spaghetti and chicken.
    Place in casserole.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 until mixture bubbles.
    May be prepared day ahead.
    Freezes well.
