Corned Beef Salad Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. lemon jello
    1/2 c. hot water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, shredded
    2 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation
    Soften jello in hot water.
    Add salt and chill until partially set.
    Add other ingredients.
    Chill until firm.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart mold to chill.
    Be sure to grease mold with mayonnaise. Serve with your favorite crackers.
    Bundt pan makes nice mold but would need to be doubled.
