Turkey Chile - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
1 can tomatoes (28 oz.)
1 can red beans
1 can pinto beans
1 medium onion, minced
1 1/2 tsp. garlic, chopped
3/4 tsp. ground coriander
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. or to taste chili powder
1/2 c. wine (optional)
1 small can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Saute turkey, onion and garlic in olive oil.
Add tomatoes, chili powder, cinnamon, ground coriander, salt, wine, beans (undrained) and tomato sauce.
Simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
