Cheese Boat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf Italian or French bread
    1 lb. Velveeta
    1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
    Parmesan cheese
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    minced garlic
    minced onion
Preparation
    Cube Velveeta and put with mayonnaise in a double boiler or microwave dish and melt.
    Be careful not to scorch.
    If seems too thick, add a little milk.
    Add seasonings to taste.
    Put as much as you think you'll need, then double it (flavor gets lost in Velveeta).
    Hollow out bread to make a boat, then cube bread for dipping.
    Put boat and cubes on cookie sheet and fill with cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until browning.
