Smoky Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 to 4 drops liquid smoke flavoring
    3 Tbsp. sliced green onions
    crackers or bagels
    chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Drain salmon.
    Reserve 2 teaspoons salmon liquid.
    Flake salmon.
    Combine cream cheese, liquid smoke flavoring and salmon liquid.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Stir in green onions.
    Fold in salmon. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
