All Vegetable Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 qt. milk (fresh or mixed powder)
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. flour
salt
pepper
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 tsp. parsley
Preparation

In a large buttered baking dish, mix all ingredients, except margarine. Salt and pepper to taste. Dot top of potatoes with margarine.
Sprinkle top with parsley. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
