Breakfast Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 C. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1 Tbsp. dried, minced onion
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 lb. ground Italian sausage, browned, drained
    1 C. biscuit baking mix
    2 C. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into a lightly greased lasagna pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, bake for one hour in a 350 degree oven. Serves: 10-12
