Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. beef roast
    1 can onion soup
    sliced green pepper
Preparation
    Cook beef roast (boiled or roasted).
    When roast is done, cut into slices.
    Prepare soup as directed on can.
    Add roast and green pepper to soup.
    Simmer for 1 hour or until roast is tender. Serve on sliced kaiser rolls.
