Peanut Butter Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. margarine
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    3 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 Tbsp. cooking or peanut oil
Preparation
    For cake:
    Combine flour, sugar and soda in a mixing bowl; set aside.
    Combine margarine, water and 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa. Bring to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat; add the chocolate mixture to dry ingredients and beat on medium speed until combined.
    Add eggs, 1/2 cup buttermilk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
    Beat one minute; batter will be thin.
    Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
