2 strips bacon
1 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. grainy mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. chopped red onion
1/4 lb. fresh snow peas, trimmed
