Squash Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. chopped squash
    2 c. onions
    4 bell peppers
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients; let stand 1 hour.
    Bring remaining ingredients to boil.
    Combine with other mixture and boil 5 minutes; put in jars.
