Spanish Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 large onion
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Chop onion and pepper into small pieces and saute in margarine until tender and slightly brown.
Drain most of the liquid from the corn and pour into small saucepan.
Heat until hot.
Add sugar and sauteed items.
(Red hot sauce and/or Tabasco sauce may be added to taste.)
Cook for 1 minute.
Remove and serve immediately.
Don't prepare too far in advance as corn will discolor.
