Cheeseburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Pillsbury pie shell (in refrigerator case)
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Bisquick baking mix
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 eggs
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
    2 medium tomatoes, sliced
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Put pie crust in pie plate and flute. Cook ground beef and onion until brown; drain.
    Stir in salt, pepper, Bisquick and Worcestershire sauce.
    Spoon into pie shell. Mix eggs and cottage cheese and pour over beef mixture.
    Arrange tomato slices on top and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake until set, about 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
