Yeast Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
4 c. self-rising flour

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Beat real good.\tMay use all at once or store
in
refrigerator.
Fill
muffin pans 3/4 full and bake until done.
