Knots(Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs (extra large)
    2 sticks margarine (room temperature)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 1/2 c. flour (more, if sticky)
    7 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. lemon or orange flavoring
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and margarine. Add eggs. Add flavoring.
    Use mixer. Add dry ingredients.
    Mix with wooden spoon.
    Refrigerate until chilled, 2 hours. Roll into small balls.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes until lightly brown on bottom.
