Corn And Potato Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. water
    2 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped (2 c.)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 1/2 oz.) can milk
    1/2 c. chopped cooked ham
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. water
    1 (16 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
Preparation
    Cook onion in margarine in a Dutch oven over medium heat, stirring constantly, until tender.
    Add 2 cups water and next 3 ingredients.
    Bring to boil, cover and reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
    Remove, stir in corn, milk and ham. Combine flour and 1/2 cup water.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add potato mixture.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
