Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cider vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 c. beet juice (optional)
2 Tbsp. mixed pickling spice
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
-
Boil ingredients 3 minutes.
Fill wide mouth jar with hard-boiled peeled eggs.
Pour hot juice over eggs.
Put lids on jars and cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.
Will keep several weeks.
