Pork Chops And Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

4 medium potatoes
3 Tbsp. flour
margarine
1/2 c. milk
4 medium pork chops
salt and pepper
Preparation

Peel potatoes.
Slice thinly into a deep casserole dish. Sprinkle with flour; salt and pepper to taste.
Dot with margarine.
Pour milk over potatoes.
Lay chops on top of potatoes to form a layer and sprinkle with salt.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, until chops are done.
