Sweetened Condensed Milk - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. instant nonfat dry milk
1/3 c. boiling water
2/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in container of electric blender. Process until smooth.
Store in refrigerator until ready to use. Yields 1 3/4 cups (approximately the same as one 14-ounce can and may be made at a fraction of the cost and the calories).
Also, may be stored in the refrigerator for several weeks.
