Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. (2 c.) elbow macaroni, cooked 6 minutes and drained
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, combine cornstarch, salt, dry mustard and pepper.
    Stir in milk until smooth.
    Add margarine.
    Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium-high heat and boil 1 minute. Remove from
    heat.
    Stir in 1 1/2 cups of the cheese until melted.
    Add macaroni.
    Turn into greased 2-quart casserole. Combine remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle on top.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 375\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Makes 6 servings.
