Shish Kabob Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Burgundy or Claret wine
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate

Preparation

Mix together.
Marinate steak and mushrooms about 3 to 4 hours.
