Asparagus, Green Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. canned asparagus (cut spears)
1 1/2 c. canned English peas
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped capers
1/2 c. bread crumbs or enough to cover casserole
Preparation

Grease casserole.
Alternate layers of asparagus, green peas and sour cream.
Dice capers and sprinkle over mixture.
Add salt and black pepper to mixture.
Cover mixture with bread crumbs. Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serves 6.
