Fresh Fried Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. batter
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. oil
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Soak mushrooms overnight in salt water.
    Keep in refrigerator. Next day, rinse with plain water.
    Drain.
    Cover with flour; add to oil and butter in skillet.
    Cook slowly.
    Add salts.
    Turn gently.
    Fry for about 5 minutes.
    Garnish with parsley.
