Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Soften cream cheese.
Mix in other ingredients.
Beat for 5 minutes.
Place vanilla wafers in miniature cupcake papers and tins.
Put tablespoon of filling on each wafer.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
When cool, put jelly or cherry pie filling on top. Keep cool until served.
Makes 5 or 6 dozen.
