Two Hour Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cakes or pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. scalded milk, cooled
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Proof yeast in warm water. Mix all dry ingredients and all liquid ingredients. Combine and stir with a spoon until combined. Let rise about an hour. Roll and cut. Dip in butter. Let rise. Bake at 400\u00b0 until done, about 10 to 15 minutes.
