Mom'S Meatball Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 c. water
    4 medium potatoes
    4 carrots, cut up
Preparation
    Combine beef, bread crumbs, onions, egg, salt, pepper; shape into meatballs.
    Brown meatballs in skillet; remove meatballs and drain.
    Combine soup, bouillon cube and water in skillet.
    Add potatoes, carrots and meatballs.
    Cover and cook about 1/2 hour until potatoes and carrots are cooked.
