Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 to 1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. parsley or 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. each: garlic powder, basil and oregano leaves
    2 beaten eggs
    8 oz. shredded Muenster cheese
Preparation
    Cook and stir zucchini and chopped onion in margarine for 20 minutes.
    Stir in parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil and oregano.
    Combine beaten eggs and Muenster cheese.
    Stir into zucchini mixture.
    Pour mixture into pie shell and bake for 20 minutes or until firm.
