Cuban Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1/4 oz.) pkg. yeast
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1 1/4 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    6 to 7 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water; add salt and sugar.
    Stir thoroughly. Add flour a little at a time.
    Beat with a wooden spoon.
    When dough is thoroughly mixed, shape it into a ball.
    Place in a greased bowl and grease the top.
    Cover with dry, clean towel; let stand in a warm place (80\u00b0 to 85\u00b0) until doubled.
    Turn dough out on a lightly floured board.
