Oil And Vinegar Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. ground mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. hot water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 garlic cloves, halved
Preparation
    In a 1-quart jar with a tight fitting lid, mix sugar, ground mustard, salt, pepper and paprika.
    Add water, vinegar and garlic. Shake until sugar is dissolved.
    Add oil; shake well. Refrigerate.
    Remove garlic before serving.
    Yields 2 cups.
