Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1 c. dark corn syrup
3 eggs
1 (9-inch) pie shell
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Cream the sugar and butter.
Add syrup and salt.
Beat well. Beat in eggs one at a time.
Add pecans.
Pour into pastry-lined pie pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
