Easy Chicken Chow Mein - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cooked in water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
amount desired of sliced celery (4 large stalks, diced)
1 large onion, diced (for flavor)
1 can bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts
1 can bamboo shoots
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation

Cook and debone chicken; add cornstarch to broth.
Cook vegetables\ttogether, no more than 5 minutes, until just done, then add
chicken
and
broth sauce.
Cook for 10 minutes at a simmer.
Serve over rice.
Serves 4.
