Cheese Baked Haddock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. thawed frozen or fresh haddock or cod
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. milk
    1/8 lb. sliced process Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Start heating oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place fish in greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Add milk gradually.
    Cook, stirring, until thickened.
    Add cheese; stir until melted.
    Pour over fish.
    Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, but is still moist.
    Makes 2 servings.
