Grandma'S Hamburg Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    2 c. hot water
    1/4 c. chopped onion or 1 Tbsp. dry onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. Accent
    1/2 c. cold water
    4 to 5 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Put hot water in saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Add onion and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add salt and hamburg; stir with a fork to break up.
    Cook on low heat until done.
    Put 1/2 cup cold water in bowl and add flour.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add to hamburg; bring to a boil to thicken.
    Add Worcestershire sauce and Accent.
    Serve over boiled potatoes or rice.
