Ingredients

1 egg white
1 tsp. water
1 (8 oz.) jar dry roasted peanuts
1/2 c. whole almonds
1/2 c. walnut halves
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation

Combine egg white and water.
Add nuts.
Toss to coat. Combine sugar and spice. Sprinkle over the nuts and toss until coated.
Place nuts in a single layer on greased baking sheet. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Right away, transfer nuts to wax paper. Cool. Break up any large clusters. Store in covered container.
Yields 6 cups.
