Quick Ground Meat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey or beef
    8 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni
    1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. milk
    2/3 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion or 2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Cook meat until brown.
    Drain fat.
    Cook macaroni as directed and drain.
    In ungreased, medium-sized casserole (2 to 3-quart) mix all ingredients.
    Cover and bake 40 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 5 minutes more.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings. Can be made ahead and refrigerated up to a day.
