Chocolate Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 carton Cool Whip
2 small boxes chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk
Cool Whip
nuts

Preparation

Mix oleo, flour and 1 cup chopped nuts like pie dough.
Pat on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
