Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    1/3 c. cornstarch
    3 egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/3 tsp. lemon rind
Preparation
    Bring sugar, water and cornstarch to a boil; cook 1 minute. Beat a little of hot mixture into egg yolks; add rest of pudding and boil 1 minute more.
    Add butter, lemon and lemon rind; mix and pour into a 9-inch baked pie shell.
    Top with meringue.
