Crab Casserole Or Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of hot sauce
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 lb. backfin crabmeat
    4 slices bread
Preparation
    Mix milk, butter and flour together over low heat until butter has melted and the sauce is smooth.
    Remove from stove.
    To this add bread (cubed with crust removed).
    Add onion, lemon juice, hot sauce and mayonnaise.
    Fold in crab meat.
    Put in a baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
