Candle Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bananas
    6 slices canned pineapple
    lettuce
    mayonnaise
    green pepper
Preparation
    Peel and cut bananas crosswise into halves.
    Insert each piece in space in center of slices of pineapple; garnish each pineapple with tiny stars, diamonds or circles cut from green pepper and fashion handle with a tiny strip of pepper.
    Arrange on lettuce and pass dressing separately.
    A thin pointed strip of Brazil nut may be inserted in the tip of the \"candle\" and lighted just as it is about to be served.
    Brazil nuts are so rich in oil that they will remain aflame for a brief time.
